Guarantee of Satisfaction: REHAB WOODWORKS, LLC is committed to providing you with high quality merchandise and all REHAB WOODOWORKS products are guaranteed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, for any reason, just give me a call within 30 days of receipt and I will provide instructions for returning the item for full credit or refund. Calls made after the 30 day period concerning returning a product may result in a 15% restocking fee. Special order items built to your specifications are not returnable under the terms of this guarantee.

Limited Product Warranty: All products made at REHAB WOODWORKS, LLC are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one full year from date of shipment. Any such defect will be repaired or the product replaced, at my option, upon return to REHAB WOODWOOKS LLC. You must contact REHAB WOODWORKS, LLC for a return authorization (RA) number before returning any equipment for repair. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a $20 processing fee. All equipment will wear with use and no guarantee is made against normal deterioration. I highly recommend that you establish a regular inspection program of all equipment to guard against injury. Any alteration of equipment or use of equipment in non-recommended fashions voids all warranties. Do not use REHAB WOODWORKS, LLC equipment outdoors. Use of REHAB WOODWORKS, LLC equipment outdoors voids all warranties, express or implied.

Limitations of Liability: REHAB WOODWORKS, LLC products are intended for use only by trained professionals and, even though I use the finest materials available, I cannot guarantee freedom from injury. The user assumes all risk of injury or applicability for a particular client. All merchandise is sold under this condition, which no representative of the company can waive or change.
